The REIT and its Unlisted Healthcare Fund (UHF) partners have also entered conditional agreements with alternative tenants for all 11 hospital properties, ensuring continuity of services and job retention while safeguarding long-term value for investors. Discussions with Healthscope’s receiver and advisers continue, with all landlord rights, including termination clauses, remaining active.
HCW’s capital position remains robust, with pro-forma cash and undrawn debt of AU$137.5 million and gearing at 29.2%, below its target range. The portfolio is nearly fully occupied (~99%), and rent collections remain at 100%. With a diversified AU$1.5 billion portfolio supported by healthcare sector megatrends, HCW continues to target stable distributions, sustainable growth, and strong social and environmental outcomes
