Gorilla Gold Mines Expands High-Grade Gold Discovery at Lakeview

Gorilla Gold Mines Ltd (ASX: GG8) has reported significant high-grade gold intercepts from RC drilling at the Lakeview Prospect, part of the Comet Vale Project, located 97km north of Kalgoorlie, WA. The latest results extend the mineralized strike to 400m, with the system remaining open in all directions. Key intercepts include 19m @ 18.1 g/t Au, 11m @ 24.8 g/t Au, and 1m @ 10.9 g/t Au, confirming Lakeview’s potential as a significant gold system.

Hosted in a fault structure within ultramafic rocks, the mineralization style resembles Tower Hill in Leonora and Kanowna Bell near Kalgoorlie. Historically, mining was limited to the water table due to fragmented lease ownership. Drilling is ongoing, with plans to accelerate exploration. In parallel, Gorilla is advancing work at Mulwarrie and Vivien, where a Mineral Resource Estimate is underway. With favourable geology and historical workings over a 2km strike, Lakeview is emerging as a top priority for further resource expansion.
