Funding Secured to Advance Adina Lithium Project & Extend Renard Option

Feb 17, 2025

Winsome Resources (ASX: WR1) has successfully secured AU$7.84 million through a Placement at AU$0.36 per share to drive the development of the Adina Lithium Project. The funding, supported by existing and new investors, strengthens Winsome’s financial position as it progresses toward production. Additionally, the company plans to conduct a Share Purchase Plan (SPP) targeting an additional AU$2.5 million under the same terms.

The capital raised will be used to extend the Renard Option until 31 August 2025 at a cost of C$8.5 million, advance feasibility studies for Adina, and explore carbon sequestration opportunities. Winsome is also evaluating strategic partnerships to integrate into the North American EV supply chain. The company remains committed to maximizing shareholder value through resource expansion and corporate development initiatives.
