Djerriwarrh Investments Limited (ASX: DJW) released its half-year financial report for the period ending December 31, 2023. The portfolio demonstrated a robust performance, yielding a 9.3% return including franking, outperforming the S&P/ASX 200 Accumulation Index which returned 8.3%. The 12-month portfolio return reached 17.6%, surpassing the index's 14.0%.

The company reported a half-year profit of $12.8 million, marking a 40.7% decline from the previous corresponding period. However, the Net Operating Result increased to $21.9 million, up 2.6% from the prior year, influencing the decision to maintain the interim dividend at 7.25 cents per share, fully franked. Djerriwarrh aims to provide shareholders with an enhanced yield through strategic investments and option strategies, maintaining a focus on long-term capital growth.
