FFF appoints new CEO and restructures board

Forbidden Foods Ltd (ASX: FFF) has announced the appointment of Mr. Alex Aleksic as its Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 July 2023. Mr. Aleksic brings significant expertise as a public company executive with extensive experience in small-cap and mid-cap ASX companies. He previously served as the CFO of Lark Distillery Limited, where he played a crucial role in driving earnings growth and formulating M&A strategies.

Engaging with the market, resulting in the company achieving a peak market capitalization of approximately AU$450 million. As the new CEO, Mr. Aleksic will take charge of the company's operational oversight, focusing on driving growth in high-margin product channels, cost management, and leveraging his experience in domestic and international markets within the consumer goods and food & beverage industries.
