Managing Director Oliver Oxenbridge highlights the strategic fit and the potential for high-impact plays. Simultaneously, the company raised $2.1 million to fund exploration and working capital. Hancock Energy, divesting its NT interests, retains an economic stake. The acquisition expands Top End's footprint in the Beetaloo and South Nicholson basins, showcasing transformative resource potential, particularly in natural Hydrogen and Helium.
