ETR and Trafigura sign agreements for circular economy commitment

Entyr Limited (ASX: ETR) and Trafigura have entered into two significant agreements, namely an Offtake Agreement and a Collaboration Agreement, emphasizing their commitment to advancing the circular economy and promoting environmental sustainability. The Offtake Agreement outlines Trafigura's commitment to purchasing 100% of Entyr's tyre pyrolysis oil, carbon char, and recovered carbon black produced at the Stapylton facility and any forthcoming domestic and international facilities owned by Entyr, subject to specific conditions.

Additionally, the Collaboration Agreement involves Trafigura supporting Entyr's technology and product development, along with jointly assessing potential future projects leveraging Trafigura's extensive scale, reach, and financial capacity. Trafigura also retains the option to subscribe for Entyr shares and invest in future projects based on predefined conditions.
