Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (ASX: ECT) launched Zero Quest Pty Ltd, a joint venture with ESG Agriculture Pty Ltd, to deliver innovative, zero-emission solutions for sustainable agriculture. Zero Quest will focus on commercializing ECT’s net-zero COLDry Fertiliser, enhancing soil health and reducing agricultural emissions.
Key milestones include seed funding of AU$150,000 each from ECT and ESG, with field trials commencing immediately. ECT has secured an R&D loan of AU$ 482,488 and, subject to shareholder approval, an additional AU$ 647,512 in funding. The COLDry Fertiliser process design has been completed and tested, with field trials set to follow. Leadership transitions include Sam Rizzo moving to a Non-Executive Director role at ECT and Zero Quest. Project financing is targeted for completion in Q1 CY25. This collaboration is significant in supporting growers with sustainable soil solutions and advancing agriculture’s transition to net-zero practices.
