END OF ENDEAVOR MINE ACQUISITION: Full Ownership Secures Path for H1 2025 Production

Polymetals Resources Ltd (ASX: POL) has completed the acquisition of the Endeavor Silver, Lead, and Zinc mine, located 40 km north of Cobar, NSW, securing 100% ownership. This acquisition includes the underground mine, 1,100 km² of tenements, a 1.2 Mtpa processing plant, and essential supporting infrastructure.

Polymetals is now positioned to undertake surface and underground refurbishment works to achieve the first concentrated production and sales revenue during H1 2025. As the final payment in the deal, one million fully paid POL shares have been issued to CBH Resources Limited. The company is also focused on recruiting key management personnel while finalizing the mine plan optimization and project financing, the last major items on its agenda.
