Emmerson Resources Limited: AU$5 million Strategic Investor Placement

Emmerson Resources Limited (ASX: ERM) secured firm commitments for a significant AU$5 million placement, issuing 90,909,091 shares at AU$0.055 each. This price reflects a competitive 3.5% discount to the closing price on December 10. The placement has garnered robust interest from both new and existing domestic and offshore strategic investors, many of whom are now substantial shareholders, owning over 5% of the company.

This funding will be strategically deployed to accelerate exploration efforts at our 100% owned Tennant Creek and Lachlan Fold Belt projects and conduct crucial metallurgical and geotechnical studies for the Hermitage Copper project in Tennant Creek.
