Elixinol Wellness Limited (ASX: EXL) announced that it has received firm commitments for an AU$1.25 million placement from new and existing institutional and sophisticated investors and that it will launch a share purchase Plan to make the offer available to existing shareholders on the same terms.
Placement
The company intends to issue additional fully paid ordinary shares at AU$0.018 per share. The Offer Price is a 25.0% discount from the closing price on March 31, 2023 (AU$0.024 per share). The company's available placement capacity allows for the issuance of 69,655,409 New Shares.
SPP
The company is pleased to announce that, in addition to the placement, it will conduct a share purchase program for qualified existing shareholders on the same terms as the placement. SPP Shares will be issued at the Offer Price of AU$0.018, and SPP participants can subscribe to Attaching Options. The firm plans to fund AU$1.0 million through the SPP.
