Eden Innovations Ltd (ASX: EDE) has successfully secured firm commitments to raise approximately AU$4.35 million through the placement of shortfall securities from its recent entitlement offer. The placement, led by Oakley Capital Partners and co-managed by Peak Asset Management, received strong backing from professional and sophisticated investors. Major shareholder Tasman Resources Ltd plans to invest AU$250,000, pending shareholder approval, in lieu of further loan support. The first tranche, comprising over 117 million shares and options, is set for issue by mid-November, while Tasman’s allocation will follow after approval in December.
Funds raised will support the marketing and global commercialisation of Eden’s EdenCrete and OptiBlend technologies. Alongside the recent sale of its Georgia property to reduce debt, this placement marks a significant step toward completing Eden’s financial restructuring and reinforcing its international growth trajectory.
