ECT and ESG Agriculture Secure Joint Venture Cooperation

Environmental Clean Technologies Limited (ASX: ECT) signed a binding Heads of Agreement with ESG Agriculture Pty Ltd to develop soil health products, following an existing Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). It validates ECT's COLDry technology, creating a nitrogen soil health product from lignite. Initial tests show successful blending with minimal nitrogen loss. The agreement paves the way for commercial validation of the process, field trials, and future scalability through two stages - baseline demonstration and optimization.

The heads of agreement introduce a lignite-based nitrogen soil health product that meets the demand for cost-effective fertilizers. The initial output is 30,000 tons per annum, with scalable volume. The partnership boosts cash flow and shareholder value and showcases ECT's sustainability leadership.
