Damstra Holdings Limited (ASX: DTC) has announced the execution of a three-year contract, which includes two one-year extension options, in collaboration with New Hope Corporation Limited (New Hope Group). Under this agreement, New Hope will incorporate Damstra's newly developed Enterprise Protection Platform (EPP). The contract encompasses workforce management for both their staff and contractors, along with the utilization of its solution modules such as forms, workflows, and learning.
Additionally, the agreement allows for the adoption of its hardware and access control solutions as needed. Revenue will be generated on an annual recurring basis. The implementation phase has already commenced, with training expenses and supplementary services compensated based on an agreed day rate. Furthermore, the agreement presents potential avenues for revenue expansion. The estimated contract value for the initial three-year period is approximately AU$1.2 million.
