DomaCom Appoints Steven James as Acting CEO

DomaCom Limited (ASX:DCL) has named Steven James as the acting Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. With over 30 years of financial services experience, including senior roles at major banks and expertise in FX trading, financial planning, and stock-broking, James brings a wealth of knowledge to the role. He holds advanced degrees in financial services law and stockbroking and has completed executive education at Harvard University.

James' skills in marketing, product distribution, and digital transformation will aid DomaCom's growth strategy, while his corporate governance expertise will enhance the company's ESG responsibilities. John Elkovich, the former CEO, resigned due to personal reasons, with Chairman John Hewson expressing gratitude for his contributions and welcoming James as a capable successor to lead the company forward.
