Dicker Data Limited (ASX: DDR) has published its H1FY23 Interim Financial Report. Notably, the report highlights robust growth in underlying gross sales, reaching a new company record of AU$1,596 million for the year's first half, marking a 9.4% increase. During this period, Dicker Data reviewed its software agreements due to changes in vendor software programs. The gross profit for H1 2023 stood at AU$150.7 million, marking a substantial 17.7% growth compared to the previous year.
With the adjusted revenue recognition presentation, the statutory gross profit margin for the half-year was 13.6%. Statutory net profit before tax reached AU$54.1 million, which includes one-off acquisition and integration costs of AU$0.8 million, representing a 7.8% increase compared to June 2022. Moreover, the net profit after tax rose to AU$37.6 million, indicating a 9.4% increase from the AU$34.3 million reported in June 2022.
