On 3 October 2024, Critical Resources Limited (ASX:CRR) announced the successful completion of its Placement, which raised $1,100,000 by issuing 183,333,333 fully paid ordinary shares along with 83,666,666 attaching options. This Placement is being executed in two stages, with the second stage involving 16,666,667 shares and 8,333,334 options designated for directors, subject to shareholder approval at a meeting scheduled for 25 October 2024. The capital raised will be used to advance the Mavis Lake exploration programs, including a maiden drilling project at the Northern Prospects, as well as for general working capital. A cleansing notice has also been submitted alongside this announcement. Critical Resources is focused on lithium exploration in Ontario, Canada, and is progressing its flagship Mavis Lake Lithium Project, which has an Inferred Mineral Resource of 8Mt at 1.07% Li2O. This announcement has received approval from the Board of Directors.
