Critical Metals Corp. (CRML) has achieved a significant milestone as the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) declares the effectiveness of its F-4 Registration Statement, paving the way for a proposed business combination with Sizzle Acquisition Corp. The Special Meeting of Sizzle’s stockholders to approve the merger is scheduled for around January 23, 2024.
