Cosmo Metals Completes Due Diligence for High-Grade Gold, Antimony & Copper Projects in NSW

Cosmo Metals Ltd (ASX: CMO) has successfully completed its due diligence for acquiring the Bingara and Nundle gold-antimony-copper exploration projects in New South Wales, Australia, covering approximately 743km². These projects are located in the mineral-rich New England Orogen, known for its high-grade gold, copper, and antimony deposits.

A site visit confirmed the presence of mineralized systems, and exploration activities are progressing as planned. A Sub Audio Magnetotelluric (SAM) survey was completed over the Mt Everest–Mona VMS trend at Bingara, with data currently being analysed to identify drill targets. Previous exploration results indicate promising high-grade mineralization, including 6.0m at 6.43 g/t Au and 5.0m at 5.86 g/t Au.

Cosmo aims to advance exploration efficiently post-acquisition, focusing on geophysical surveys, geological mapping, and drilling to unlock the potential of these underexplored assets. A shareholder meeting on March 28, 2025, will finalize the acquisition approval.
