Coppermoly Limited (ASX: COY), a Queensland-focused copper and gold exploration company, has successfully raised AU$1.05 million through a placement of 105 million fully paid ordinary shares at AU$0.01 per share. The funds will support the company's 2025 exploration initiatives in Queensland's Mt Isa and Cloncurry regions, alongside general working capital needs.

Of the placement, 29.2 million shares were issued under ASX Listing Rule 7.1, with the remaining 70.8 million shares issued under Listing Rule 7.1A. Additionally, 5 million shares are allocated to Managing Director Mark Burke, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming meeting on February 24, 2025.
