Comms Group Ltd: Vodafone Broadens and Prolongs Supply Agreement

Comms Group Ltd (ASX: CCG) has expanded its supply agreement with Vodafone Group PLC, signing a new agreement that extends the partnership for a minimum of five years. Under the expanded agreement, Comms Group will provide additional services, including Microsoft Operator Connect, automation, self-service, and provisioning tools. Comms Group will utilize its advanced SBCaaS (Session-Border Controller-as-a-Service) platform to deliver zero-touch, self-service provisioning and automation of Microsoft Teams calling.

Vodafone Business will continue to access tailored teams’ direct routing deployment services, and Comms Group will enable the Operator Connect service for Vodafone. The agreement includes a minimum commitment period of five years, with a monthly notice period of 12 months for termination. The deployment of services has already begun and is expected to be completed by June 2023, followed by user onboarding.
