Codeifai Limited (ASX: CDE)  has successfully raised AU$100,000 via a share placement to professional and sophisticated investors LTC Long Short Fund Pty Ltd and Phillip Street Holdings Pty Ltd, under a mandate with Oakley Capital Pty Ltd. The placement involved issuing 107,903,675 fully paid ordinary shares at AU$0.00092675 per share, a 23.5% discount to the 15-day VWAP of $0.00121144. The new shares, issued under Listing Rule 7.1A, will rank equally with existing shares. Settlement is scheduled for 9 December 2024, with trading commencing the following day. Funds will support working capital and trade creditors.

Oakley Capital acted as Lead Manager, earning a 6% fee. The company also corrected an error from its 25 November announcement, clarifying that shares were issued at AU$0.001004, a 25% discount to the VWAP of AU$0.001340.
