Coda Minerals Limited (ASX: COD) has achieved notable progress in their geophysical targeting and exploration endeavours at the Elizabeth Creek Copper Project located in South Australia. Through the use of advanced geophysical techniques and analysis of existing and new datasets, the company has successfully identified new opportunities for exploration and growth. A geophysical targeting exercise has confirmed new copper-cobalt drill targets adjacent to the Emmie Bluff deposit, which had previously undergone a positive Scoping Study.
These newly identified targets present substantial potential for scaling up the existing project. Next week, a major targeting exercise will commence over a lateral area of approximately 7km to the east of Emmie Bluff, focusing on extensions and repetitions of copper-cobalt mineralization. The Scoping Study conducted in March 2023 demonstrated favourable economics for the copper-cobalt mineralization at Elizabeth Creek, and the company is now progressing with a Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) and further exploration efforts in parallel.
