Cobalt Blue Holdings Secures AU$5 million Placement

Cobalt Blue Holdings Limited (ASX: COB) has successfully secured AU$5 million through firm commitments from institutional investors. The funds will be utilized for the Refinery development program, Re-Mining projects, BHCP review, corporate expenses, and general working capital. The placement involved issuing 43,478,261 new fully-paid ordinary shares at AU$0.115 per share along with free-attaching unlisted options exercisable at $0.20.

Led by domestic and offshore institutional investors, the Placement was well-supported. Blue Ocean Equities Pty Ltd and Canaccord Genuity served as Joint Lead Managers and Bookrunners. Settlement is expected by April 23, 2024. The Placement Options allow holders to subscribe for shares at A$0.20 with an expiry date of April 23, 2027. The Placement Options are non-transferable and cannot be exercised by individuals in the United States unless registered under the US Securities Act of 1933.
