Clinuvel Pharmaceuticals Limited extends the Managing Directors Employment Agreement.

Clinuvel Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX: CUV) has extended the existing Employment Agreement with the company's CEO and Managing Director, Dr. Philippe Wolgen, for a year, ending on 30 June 2026. Dr. Wolgen's commitment to the extension allows CLINUVEL's Board to finalize succession planning for the company's leadership team and ensure continuity during the transition.

Since joining CLINUVEL, Dr. Wolgen has established and executed a clear strategy for the business, overseeing clinical, regulatory, and commercial successes achieved by a few biopharmaceutical companies worldwide. As it enters a critical period of expansion, Dr. Wolgen's commitment to an additional year provides certainty to all involved. At the same time, the Board evaluates the skills and experience needed for CLINUVEL to continue its successful journey.
