Clean TeQ Water Signs Technology Licence Agreement with BEIE

Clean TeQ Water Limited (ASX: CNQ) has inked a technology licensing pact with Beijing Enterprises Industrial Environment Technology Ltd., a subsidiary of Beijing Enterprise Water Group. BEIE gains rights to utilize Clean TeQ Water's proprietary technology for water and wastewater treatment, solid waste treatment, and post-closure remediation of contaminated sites, including groundwater contamination prevention.

Clean TeQ Water receives a fixed royalty prepayment of $400K for the first two years, followed by an annual 4% royalty from the third year. The company is also engaged in the final stages of commissioning the Ordos BIONEX™ project for BEIE's customers, foreseeing opportunities to introduce its technologies to more clients in China's growing market.
