Cettire Limited Releases 2024 Annual Report and Appoints New Non-Executive Director

Cettire Limited (ASX: CTT), a global luxury online platform, has published its 2024 Annual Report, confirming the completion of its FY24 audit process, which includes an unqualified opinion from its independent auditor. The company had earlier reported an adjusted EBITDA of $32.5 million for FY24. Additionally, Cettire has appointed Caroline Elliott as an Independent Non-Executive Director. With 25 years of experience in C-Suite roles across various sectors, including retail and fintech, Caroline is expected to add significant value to Cettire's board. She currently holds several non-executive director roles, including at Kelsian Group Limited (ASX: KLS). Cettire’s Chair, Bob East, welcomed her expertise in retail, tech, and corporate governance.
