Centrex Limited Appoints Voluntary Administrators

Centrex Limited (ASX: CXM) has entered voluntary administration. John Park and Joanne Dunn of FTI Consulting were appointed as joint and several administrators on 3 March 2025 under section 436A of the Corporations Act 2001. The administrators have also been appointed to oversee a subsidiary company following a decision by its board of directors.

This step follows a resolution by Centrex’s directors as the company assesses its financial position and explores restructuring options. The administrators will now comprehensively review the company’s affairs and determine the best course for stakeholders. In due course, further updates regarding the administration process and next steps will be provided.
