Celsius has secured firm commitments totalling AU$3.3 million

Celsius Resources (ASX: CLA) announced it has secured firm commitments for AU$3.3 million through a strongly supported Placement from new and existing shareholders, as well as institutional investors across Australia, Asia, and the UK. The Placement, which exceeded the initial funding target, reflects strong investor confidence in Celsius' vision and strategic direction. New shares were subscribed at AU$0.008 per share, with a free-attaching option for every two shares at an exercise price of AU$0.01, expiring in three years.

The fundraising will occur in two tranches: the first, raising AU$1.7 million, is set to settle on 18 March 2025, while the second, for AU$1.6 million, awaits shareholder approval in April 2025. Additionally, Celsius' affiliate, Makilala Mining Company, has secured a US$76.4 million bridging loan facility with the Philippines' sovereign wealth fund, positioning the company to advance feasibility studies, front-end engineering, and early development of the MCB Copper-Gold Project in the Philippines.
