Careteq has announced a strategic partnership with MedicAlert

Careteq Limited (ASX: CTQ) has partnered with MedicAlert Foundation Australia to improve medication safety and health outcomes for Australians with complex medical conditions. This strategic collaboration integrates MedicAlert's trusted medical identification services with Careteq's expertise in medication management.

Medication-related harm is a significant concern, with half of older Australians taking five or more medications and an 88% likelihood of adverse drug reactions. Despite this risk, only 5.4% of Australians aged 75+ receive essential medication reviews. Through this partnership, MedicAlert members will gain access to Careteq's Home Medication Reviews, while Careteq clients will benefit from MedicAlert's emergency identification and response services.
