This development involves securing exclusive distribution rights for IZI Medical and Ilumark products. It represents a significant opportunity for growth in the neuro-spinal medical product sector, with a combined annual revenue of AU$1.6 million, boasting impressive gross profit margins of approximately 45%. Importantly, this transaction is immediately accretive to profits. Furthermore, collaborating with the Point-Blank Medical team ensures the retention of valuable sales and marketing expertise and customer relationships. As a result, the merged business is now well-positioned to access an expanded pipeline of neuro-spinal products.
