Breakthrough Minerals Limited (ASX: BTM) has successfully raised AU$500,000 through a Company-led Share Placement at AU$0.07 per share. The Placement will result in the issue of 7,142,857 new fully paid ordinary shares under ASX Listing Rules 7.1 and 7.1A. Additionally, Company Directors have committed to subscribing for AU$60,000 (857,143 shares), subject to shareholder approval, demonstrating strong confidence in the Company’s future. 

The funds raised will support working capital and the evaluation of strategic growth opportunities.
