Breaker Resources NL (ASX: BRB) provided a report on its transformational quarter that ended on 31 December 2022:

During the quarter, the company appointed previous Chief Operating Officer Sam Smith as an Executive Director and CEO.

• The company has completed the sale of its stake in the Manna Lithium prospect for a final payment of AU$60 million, taking the total received from the sale to approximately AU$88 million over the previous 12 months.
• BRB has started drilling at its Ularring Project in the central wheat belt of WA with an early four diamond holes, mutually funded under the government’s Exploration Incentive Scheme. 
• The company is strongly funded with cash of approx. AU$78 million at the end of the calendar year.
• During the December quarter, the company focused on progressing the JORC categorisation of the Tura lode and upgrading the JORC categorisation of the Northern Flats lodes while confirming the continuity of mineralisation for underground mining.
