BPM Minerals Limited: Rhodes Project Divestment Announcement

BPM Minerals Ltd (ASX: BPM) has entered into an agreement to divest its Rhodes Project, E69/3824, to Lodestar Minerals Ltd.  The sale involves a consideration of AU$100,000 in cash and shares, along with a 1% net smelter return (NSR). Lodestar is actively consolidating tenure in the Earaheedy Basin and holds a 20% stake in the Kangaroo Hills Lithium Project, where significant spodumene-bearing pegmatites have been discovered.

By participating in the transaction, BPM shareholders will gain exposure to both projects through the share consideration received from Lodestar. The proceeds from the divestment will be allocated to support exploration activities in BPM's core projects and facilitate corporate activities. This strategic decision allows BPM to focus resources on its key initiatives while benefiting from the ongoing exploration efforts in the Earaheedy Basin and the Kangaroo Hills Lithium Project.
