This approval aims to restore BCB's capacity to issue additional equity securities under ASX Listing Rule 7.4.

The second resolution proposes a 1:100 share consolidation to streamline the company’s capital structure, reduce share price volatility, and enhance investment attractiveness. This change will also adjust options, performance rights, and convertible notes accordingly.
