Blackstone Minerals Limited has completed the placement

Blackstone Minerals Limited (ASX: BSX) has completed the placement of Shortfall Shares from its Entitlement Offer, raising AU$2.25 million before costs. The placement was conducted by the Company's prospectus dated 4 November 2024, resulting in the issuance of 74,946,591 ordinary fully paid shares at AU$0.03 per share. Additionally, 600,000 ordinary fully paid shares were issued upon the exercise of unlisted options at an exercise price of AU$ 0.001 per share. The Company has confirmed compliance with all relevant provisions of the Corporations Act, including Chapter 2M, section 674, and section 674A, ensuring transparency and regulatory adherence.

Furthermore, a Cleansing Notice has been issued under section 708A(5)(e), affirming that the shares were issued without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act and that no excluded information needs to be disclosed.
