Bigtincan Holdings Limited (ASX: BTH) announced that it had completed the tech-focused strategic acquisition of SalesDirector.ai by its 100% owned US subsidiary, BTC Mobility, LLC. The total consideration of this transaction is US$1.2 million, which includes a cash payment of US$800,000 at closing, funded from cash reserves raised via the institutional placement conducted in December 2022 and the issue of fully paid ordinary shares in Bigtincan with a value of US$400,711.
The company said that joining SalesDirector.ai technology with its previous content, engagement, and relationship analytics improves Bigtincan’s AI-powered insights capabilities to drive guided selling and increase estimating accuracy. The SalesDirector.ai team will bring more than 30 years of experience in revenue intelligence and AI-driven technologies and offers the opportunity for BTH to grow into revenue intelligence which is estimated to be a substantial part of the US$4 billion Sales Analytics market by 2025.
