Beacon Minerals Limited Provides Latest Update on Lady Ida Project Acquisition

Beacon Minerals Limited (ASX: BCN) has made significant progress in the acquisition of the Lady Ida Project. The company has executed a Tenement Sale Agreement to acquire several exploration licenses, these licenses are part of the Lady Ida Project, which will enhance Beacon's existing assets and extend the mine life at the Jaurdi Gold Project.

Additionally, Beacon has successfully completed the acquisition of tenements E16/475, E16/483, E16/484, and E16/486 from Ora Banda Mining Ltd's subsidiaries. These acquisitions support the company’s strategy of increasing ore reserves and complementing its current operations. The Notice of Meeting will be sent to shareholders in due course. This follows Beacon's previous acquisitions of the Geko Tenements and the MacPhersons Reward Project, which were funded from the company's cash reserves.
