Basin Energy Advances Exploration with High-Grade Uranium Results in Sweden.

Basin Energy Limited (ASX: BSN) has successfully completed structural relogging of 48 historical drillholes across its North Sweden Projects—Bjorkberget, Virka, and Ravaberget. The company identified mineralising structures and alteration zones that will guide future drill targeting. From Björkberget, 137 samples are at the lab for multielement analysis, while an additional 71 await shipment. Two samples, BJK004 and BJK008, previously returned uranium concentrations above detection limits and have now shown exceptionally high grades using fusion XRF—greater than 5.9% and 5.4% U₃O₈ respectively.The Bjork and Virka cores revealed uranium mineralisation as fracture and vein infillings, with additional signs of rare earth and base metals. Basin's systematic relogging, sampling, and use of modern analytical techniques is unlocking untapped potential in this underexplored region, aiming to establish a multi-commodity green energy metals portfolio. Results from remaining assays are expected by mid-2025.
