Avenira Limited Signs Agreements with Technology Partner Aleees

Avenira Limited (ASX: AEV) announced formal agreements with technology partner Advanced Lithium Electrochemistry Ltd (Aleees), granting exclusive rights to utilize Aleees intellectual property for Lithium Ferro Phosphate (LFP) cathode material production and global distribution. These pivotal agreements, encompassing a License and Technology Transfer Agreement and a Subscription Agreement, were recently executed in Darwin, with Northern Territory Chief Minister Natasha Fyles in attendance. They establish the terms underpinning Avenira's utilization of this technology in its LFP Battery Cathode Manufacturing Plant in Darwin.

These agreements build upon a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed with Aleees in September 2022, marking significant progress toward establishing a Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery cathode manufacturing facility in Darwin, complementing Avenira's flagship Wonarah Phosphate Project. Aleees, based in Taiwan, is a globally renowned LFP battery material manufacturer with industry-leading capabilities and patents, providing invaluable management support during the LFP Plant's development and operation.
