Aurum Resources Advances Boundiali Gold Project with Three Mining Licence Applications.
Aurum Resources (ASX: AUE) has achieved a significant milestone in the development of its flagship Boundiali Gold Project in Cote d'Ivoire by submitting three mining licence applications. The applications, covering a total area of 572.67km², include Boundiali South (BST), Boundiali DS (BD), and Boundiali Minex (BM) tenements. These applications follow the successful growth of the resource at Boundiali to 2.41Moz, a 53% increase in just two months. Aurum is planning aggressive exploration in 2026, with 100,000m of diamond drilling scheduled at Boundiali and an additional 30,000m at the Napié project. With a robust cash balance of approximately A$40.1 million, the company is well-funded to advance the project towards its Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS) by late 2026. This strategic progress demonstrates Aurum’s confidence in the potential for large-scale, modern open-pit mining operations at Boundiali.
