Andromeda Metals Secures Key Mediterranean Market Entry with IberoClays Agreement

Andromeda Metals Limited (ASX: ADN) has signed a binding Sales and Distribution Agreement with IberoClays SLU for the sale of its high-quality kaolin products in the Mediterranean region. The agreement outlines the terms for selling Great White CRM™ for ceramics and tiles and Great White HRM™ for the concrete industry. Notable points include:

• Great White CRM™: 8,000 wmt in the first year, expandable to 10,000 wmt, and 10,000 - 20,000 wmt annually from the second year.
• Exclusive marketing and distribution in Spain, Portugal, Italy; non-exclusive rights in France, Morocco, Egypt, Turkey.
• Pricing aligned with 2023 Definitive Feasibility Study, with a discount for first-year deliveries and pre-payment terms until September 2025.
• Great White HRM™: 2,000 wmt per annum for concrete applications in Spain and Portugal, with favorable conditions for sales certification.
• Higher pricing than conservative assumptions in the 2023 DFS.

The agreement spans five years, renewable annually, marking a significant step in Andromeda's market strategy. IberoClays recognizes the premium quality and value of Andromeda's products, with CEO Bob Katsiouleris highlighting the strategic partnership's potential in the Asia-Pacific region and the opportunity to decarbonize concrete in the European market.
