Andromeda Metals and Traxys Forge Strategic Partnership for Halloysite-Kaolin Products

Andromeda Metals Limited (ASX: ADN) has signed a non-binding Heads of Agreement (HoA) with Traxys Europe S.A (Traxys) to explore business opportunities related to the sale and purchase of Andromeda's halloysite-kaolin products. The HoA aims to establish a framework for identifying potential sales geographies and completing product validation for selected markets. Key terms include direct sales targets for Great White CRM™ and Great White HRM™, covering regions such as Turkey, Middle East, Europe, and Latin America.

The agreement also involves investigating financing options, including equity and debt arrangements. Andromeda's Chair, Mick Wilkes, sees the partnership as a potential derisking factor for The Great White Project, anticipating a final investment decision. CEO Bob Katsiouleris emphasizes Traxys' strategic fit, while Traxys CEO Mark Kristoff is excited about deploying their global capabilities to develop The Great White Project and meet the growing demand for high-quality kaolin products in a market valued at over $4 billion annually.
