Althea Group Holdings (ASX: AGH) has concluded its review of FY25 financial guidance, revising revenue expectations to AU$26– AU$33 million and adjusted EBITDA to AU$0.8– AU$1.1 million. This adjustment reflects lower-than-expected medicinal cannabis sales due to market challenges, supply chain disruptions, and rising competition in Australia and the UK. Additionally, AGH has abandoned its planned vape project, which was expected to contribute AU$8.2 million in revenue.
Despite these changes, AGH remains focused on strategic growth. The company is restructuring its pharmaceutical division to enhance efficiency and explore B2B opportunities. Peak Canada continues to see strong demand for THC beverages, while Peak USA is expanding into the US market following a successful production run. AGH remains committed to disciplined capital allocation and long-term shareholder value creation through operational efficiency and market expansion.
