Adrad Holdings Limited (ASX: AHL) has made the following announcements: Firstly, in line with the prior disclosure on February 1, 2023, Mr. Don Cormack will conclude his role as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on August 15, 2023. Secondly, effective from the same date, Mr. Darryl Abotomey will become interim CEO. Mr. Cormack will facilitate a smooth handover to Mr. Abotomey during this transition. Adrad Holdings' ongoing quest for a new CEO is also underway.
Notably, Mr. Abotomey will retain his role as a Director of the Company. Mr. Abotomey's extensive professional background spans over four decades, encompassing executive leadership and financial proficiency across diverse sectors such as manufacturing, global paper, packaging distribution, and the automotive aftermarket. His expertise extends to business acquisitions, restructuring, strategic planning, finance, information technology, general management within distribution networks, and introducing new products.
