The review aims to enhance profitability by converting its strong sales pipeline—spanning MetroMap, LiDAR, and 3D divisions—into revenue while optimizing costs and improving margins. The company believes its market valuation does not reflect its growth potential and seeks strategies to unlock this value.

Aerometrex is assessing its business units through various valuation methodologies and exploring ways to drive revenue, reduce costs, and accelerate profitability. Additionally, the company is evaluating corporate opportunities, including unsolicited acquisition proposals.
