Advance Metals Limited (ASX: AVM) has successfully concluded the initial exploration phase at the Augustus polymetallic project in Arizona, marking a significant milestone. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies, the AVM team conducted comprehensive data collection efforts to minimize developmental risks and pinpoint optimal exploration zones. Notably, high-grade copper potential has been substantiated at Augustus, with XRF sample analyses revealing copper grades reaching an impressive 20.47% Cu.

Through an amalgamation of methodologies including drone-assisted ground surveys, satellite analysis, and geochemical surveys, a substantial expanse with potential for copper ore has been delineated. AVM geologists also conducted a comprehensive surface geochemical sampling campaign, uncovering various copper zones, brecciated areas, and hydrothermal alterations. These findings, including the identification of copper mineralization outcrops extending over 274 meters, attest to the project's promise. Ongoing drone-backed gravity and aeromagnetic surveys further underscore AVM's commitment to rigorous exploration and potential copper mineralization.
