Adelong Gold has purchased a high-grade gold project in Victoria, Australia

Adelong Gold Limited (ASX: ADG) has executed a binding purchase agreement with Currawong Resources Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Great Pacific Gold Corporation (TSXV: GPAC), to acquire a 100% interest in the Apollo Gold Project (EL006430) in Victoria, Australia.

This strategic acquisition enhances Adelong Gold’s asset portfolio, strengthening its position in a region with a rich history of gold mineralization. Covering approximately 102 km at the northern end of the Walhalla Gold Belt, the project hosts a north-south striking fault zone intersected by east-west faults and granitic dykes, creating promising gold mineralization zones. Managing Director Ian Holland emphasized the Company’s commitment to fast-tracking exploration and unlocking shareholder value. Apollo presents significant upside potential with approved drill permits targeting key fault zones and confirmed antimony enrichment. This acquisition aligns with Adelong Gold’s long-term growth strategy in advancing high-potential gold assets.
