Adbri Limited announced leadership change

Adbri Limited (ASX:ABC) announced that its Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Nick Miller will be leaving his position. He will step down as Director. Meanwhile, the Board will work with him to transition his executive responsibilities in an orderly way.

From tomorrow, experienced senior executive Mr Mark Irwin will start his role an interim CEO.

At AEDT 11:44 AM, ABC shares are trading at AU$1.495, down 18.750% from the previous close.
