Adairs Limited (ASX: ADH) has appointed Elle Roseby as Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director. With a robust retail background, Elle has held key roles at Country Road, Trenery, Cotton On Group, Sportsgirl, and Myer. Interim Chairman Trent Peterson praised her leadership and expertise in fashion apparel and home textiles, highlighting her ability to grow customer-focused brands. Elle expressed excitement about joining Adairs, set to begin her role in January 2025, and working with the teams at Adairs, Focus on Furniture, and Mocka. Current CEO Mark Ronan will remain until early 2025 to ensure a smooth transition.
